Secure payments

You approve each payment in your own bank through BlinkPay. Zento never sees your bank login, and anything not delivered is paid back.

Your details stay private

Drivers see only your first name and delivery address, and only for your active order.

Photo at the door

Choose leave at door and your driver sends a photo as proof.

18+ items need ID

Age-restricted items are handed to an adult after an ID check. They are never left at the door.

Vetted drivers

ID and background checks before anyone goes online. Location is shared only while on shift.

Good to know

Where do you deliver?

Auckland, starting with central suburbs. Enter your address in the app to check.

What if an item is out of stock?

You pick in advance: the closest match, ask me first, or refund that item. Age-restricted items are never swapped.

How is the delivery fee worked out?

By the weight of your basket: a small fee for light baskets, more for heavy ones.

Can I get my money back for a problem?

Yes. Report it from the order screen. We check the delivery photo, and repeated claims may need a person to review them.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Account then Security and privacy. You can also download your data there.

Privacy and security

What we collect and how to report a problem

Your data

  • We collect your name, phone, address and order history to deliver your groceries.
  • Marketing messages and analytics are off until you say yes.
  • You can download or delete your data in the app, or ask privacy@zento.nz.
  • Order records are kept 7 years for tax. Delivery photos 90 days. Driver location 30 days.
  • If a breach affects you, we tell you and the regulator as soon as we can.

Found a security problem?

  • Email security@zento.nz with the steps to reproduce it.
  • Please do not access other people's data or disrupt the service.
  • We reply within 3 working days and will not take action against good-faith reports.
